New Orleans Special Education Lawsuit

After three years of comparing the lack of special education services in New Orleans to what is happening in Detroit (related to the New Orleans "model" of the destruction of public education and the installation of an increase in charter schools), I finally discovered the New Orleans case regarding discrimination by charter schools towards special education students.
